Questions

The ones worth asking.

What is Chewdini?

A daily soft chew built around what tends to decide how good a dog's later years are (joints, skin and coat, gut) rather than around a single problem. It is a complementary feed: it sits alongside a complete diet, not instead of one.

Is it a medicine?

No. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. If something is wrong with your dog, that is a conversation with your vet, not with a chew.

How do I know it suits my dog?

Note in the app how your dog is in weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8: coat, getting up after a nap, digestion, energy. If you have questions, write to support@fudini.co.

How many do I give?

One chew a day, for dogs of any size. One jar, one month. It is printed on the jar.

From what age?

It is meant for adult and older dogs. For a growing puppy, ask your vet first.

My dog is on medication, or pregnant.

Talk to your vet before starting. Same for lactating dogs and any dog under veterinary care.

What if I forget a day?

Nothing happens. Carry on the next day with the normal dose; do not double it.

Will a fussy dog eat it?

They are soft and smell like food, and most dogs take them from the hand. If yours does not, tell us. That is useful to know and we would rather hear it.

What is the QR code on the label?

It links your jar to the free Fudini app, so the app knows which lot you have, shows you its analysis and warns you when it runs low.

Where is it made?

In a GMP-certified plant inside the European Union. Every batch arrives with a certificate of analysis and its lot number.

Where do I buy it, and how do I return it?

On Amazon.es. It ships from Spain; time and cost are shown there before you pay, and returns follow Amazon.es's terms. An opened jar cannot be returned for hygiene; a damaged or wrong one is replaced at our cost.

What is in it for joints?

Green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus), glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and hydrolysed collagen, all five in every chew. Amounts per chew are published with the first lot's specification.

Does it contain a probiotic?

Yes: Bacillus velezensis, a spore-forming probiotic that survives storage, with apple pulp and pumpkin for fibre. It supports digestion.

Where does the omega-3 come from?

From algal oil (Schizochytrium sp.), not fish oil, with flaxseed. It helps maintain skin and coat.

Is it for older dogs?

It is for adult and senior dogs. One chew a day, for any size, and in weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8 the app asks about coat, stairs, digestion and energy.
